Winter camp was a success!

Thank you to all the students and parents at camp on February 7th! A BIG thank you to Mr. McCray from L'Anse Creuse, Mr. Zapor from A&G, Mr. Lobur from MHS, Mr. Dudek and Mr. Abend from Northcoast Academy, and Mr. Pioch from Detroit Saxophone Wayne for your time spent working with our students for the day.

Another special thank you to the DeLisle family for assisting with camp operations and lunch!

Our band students worked very hard, and concluded the day with a performance for family and friends. The next band performance will be Thursday, February 26th starting at 6:30pm!

Band camp wasn't the only exciting event that happend this past weekend, the Northcoast Academy percussion exhibition occured on Sunday, and we welcomed the Genesis and Matrix percussion ensembles, as well as the Lake Orion color guard! In addition to amazing percussion music, the Northcast Academy donated all of their profits form the event to the Madison Band Program! Thank you very much for your continued support of the musical arts!
